Dear Mrs Tan, We already rent a car with you in 2014 and we were happy of this. We wish to rent your Toyota Hilux (2J-4148-PHP-001) with insurance from Dec 9th till Dec 31st. for self driving. My wife

is from Cambodia with a permanent K visa and she still has a close family in Phnom Penh and province. I was self-driving everywhere in Cambodia for a total of 7 months since 2000. However I will need a new Cambodian licence (my Belgian driving licence is issued in French). My previous provisional Cambodian driving licence expired in July 2015. So I would like to know if it is possible to renewed it and if in this situation I need to ask a business visa. Please also kindly note that I would prefer not to let you my passport, so I would agree about an extra deposit. Finally I noticed that your monthly rental price would be more advantageous than your daily price for a 3-week rental.
